We have taken the whole property for the week, so there is nothing to book and nowhere else to be.

A medieval hamlet, abandoned for decades and carefully restored: stone houses along a single lane, shaded courtyards, olive trees, and views that fall away into the valley. For our week it belongs entirely to us.

The full hamlet is ours from arrival to farewell.

Each with its own character and its own front door.

Shade, long tables, and somewhere to swim.
Everyone on-site
All guests stay in the hamlet — no driving between events.

Room assignments

Rooms are coordinated directly with us — there is no hotel booking link and no reservation to make. Once you have RSVP'd, we will be in touch about who you're travelling with, whether you're sharing, and any accessibility needs.

If something about your room matters to you (stairs, a cot, a quiet corner), tell us early and we'll do our best.

Eating together

Meals are included and served on-site: long breakfasts under the loggia, lunches of handmade pasta and garden vegetables, and dinners that stretch late over Umbrian wine from just down the valley.
